Paying With Credit & Debit Cards or PayPal Funds
To pay for your order with a credit or debit card, or with funds from your PayPal account, select the button next to 'PayPal Funds, Credit & Debit Card Payments' during the checkout process and press 'Continue'. This will transfer you to the secure PayPal site, where you have a number of payment options.
PayPal accepts payment by most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Also, registered PayPal members can pay with PayPal funds added from a bank account, credit or debit card, or from other users who have transferred money to them via PayPal.
If you are already a PayPal member, log in to review your order details. PayPal will automatically select the fastest payment method associated with your account; if you wish to select a different method or add a new credit or debit card to use, follow the 'Change' link below 'Payment Method' to do so. When you're satisfied with your order details press the 'Pay Now' button to confirm payment and PayPal will automatically return you to our site.
If you're not a PayPal member, follow the 'Continue' link near the bottom left of the page and complete your credit or debit card details. Once you're sure you've entered your card information correctly press the 'Review Order and Continue' button, where you'll be able to perform a final review of your order details before completing payment with the 'Pay Now' button. You can then choose to register as a PayPal member to save your card information for future orders, or press the 'Return to Merchant' button to return to our site.

Paying By Direct Deposit to Our Bank Account
To pay for your order with a direct deposit to our bank account select the button next to 'Pay by Cheque, Money Order or Direct Deposit' during the checkout process and press 'Continue'. This will bring up our Print Order Form where you can view your order details and the bank account information you'll need to make your deposit:

Please note you do not have to print and send this order form if paying by direct deposit; just deposit the money into the account above and email us at orders@jezenya.com to let us know you've completed payment.
We can only accept direct deposit payments in Australian dollars. Overseas customers who'd like to pay using funds from their bank account may find direct deposit through PayPal to be a cheaper, easier option; see above for details.

Our Refund Policy
Once we've allocated the materials for your order and confirmed correct payment has been received and cleared, we start construction on your garments and the status of your order changes from 'Pending' to 'Processing' (for more details click here). After this status change, we cannot offer refunds unless in the case of loss or damage in transit, for which every order is insured during shipping.
We ask that our customers consider every order carefully and take advantage of the opportunity to customise each designs' sizing and fabric, as we cannot be held responsible for dissatisfaction with the fit of your clothes once we've done our utmost to construct them to your specific size and fabric choices. If you have any reservations or questions about placing an order, don't hesitate to contact us and ask.
If you wish to change or cancel an order while it is still 'Pending', contact us at orders@jezenya.com and inform us of your choice, and we will immediately take action to alter your order or refund your money.
