Shipping to Australian Customers
We use Australia Post to ship all our orders, the cost of which depends on the shipping method and the overall weight of your order. Regular Post is cheaper, but takes 4-6 working days to arrive. If you want to spend a little extra to receive your order sooner, choose Express Post to have your order arrive 1-2 working days after shipment.
Each garment is measured at the average weight of 350 grams, so you can easily calculate the shipping cost for your order. To do so, please check the postage calculator at the Australia Post website here (you don't have to worry about filling in the parcel's dimensions). All prices at this website are in Australian dollars.
Shipping to International Customers
We use Australia Post to ship all our orders, the cost of which depends on the overall weight of your order. We use Airmail exclusively for international customers, which takes 3-10 working days for your order to arrive after shipment.
Each garment is measured at the average weight of 350 grams, so you can easily calculate the shipping cost for your order. To do so, please check the postage calculator at the Australia Post website here (you don't have to worry about filling in the parcel's dimensions). All prices at this website are in Australian dollars.
Shipping Insurance
We use Registered Post for every package we send, which means they have an added level of security and you'll be entitled to a refund or replacement in the case of the order being lost or damaged in transit. Because it is a requirement that we use this for each of our shipments, the extra cost is included in the price of each of our products.
