The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases from the Jezenya Custom Designs site. Your acceptance of these terms is given when you make a purchase from us so please read them carefully before placing an order. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and any such change will take effect on all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the website.

The Jezenya Custom Designs site is owned and operated by Donna Todd (ABN 97 588 551 332) and is based in Australia. Our terms are governed by the laws of the State of Western Australia, and if you choose to access this site from another location you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
We try to ensure all information on the website is accurate and correct at all times. However, customers should keep in mind that because of the nature of the service we provide at Jezenya, any customised garments you order may vary from their appearance in the product pictures. Also note there may be slight variations in the colours displayed on the website depending on your computer's hardware and display settings.
PRIVACY
At Jezenya, we respect your right to personal privacy. Any information we collect from you will never be shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. Our server automatically records a visitor's IP address (and nothing more) and we use cookies for our shopping cart process; your browser must accept cookies to complete checkout.
You must be a member of Jezenya Custom Designs to place an order on our website; click here for more info. To become a member you'll have to provide your name and contact details; this information is only used for order fulfillment. You are responsible for ensuring your login details and password remain confidential at all times.
To sign up for our newletter you must provide a valid email address. We never sell or share our subscribers' email addresses and you will be able to opt out of receiving our newsletter at any time.
Note that we never ask for or store financial information on our site; you will be transferred to the secure PayPal site for payment by credit or debit card and we will never see or ask for any of this sensitive information. PayPal uses industry-standard encryption technology so your financial details remain safe.
ORDERS & REFUNDS
Be aware all orders placed require a short waiting period while fabrics are allocated and garments constructed. Shortly after placing an order, we'll send an email confirming the details of your order and payment which will give an estimated waiting period - all estimates given are estimates only and actual times may vary slightly.
Although we do our utmost to ensure all product pages are up-to-date, there may be occasions where we run out of certain fabric choices. In this unlikely event, we'll contact you with suggestions for a possible replacement fabric to construct your garments and you'll have the choice to alter or cancel your order. Also note that minor materials such as buttons and thread are chosen to suit your fabric choices and may differ from what is seen in the product pictures.
We must confirm payment has been received correctly before we change an order's status to 'Processing' and start the garment/s' construction; we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order before this stage if we deem it necessary. Note all payments are handled by separate organisations and we are not responsible for any delays or problems that arise on behalf of third parties. You have the right to alter or cancel a 'Pending' order by contacting us. However, once an order's status changes to 'Processing' we cannot offer a refund unless the goods are damaged or lost in transit. When an order's construction is complete we'll send an email with an estimated delivery date and send your order off immediately. All shipments are completed using Australia Post's Registered mail service, which means you may have to provide a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for any unforeseen delays on behalf of Australia Post. For more information on our shipping options and insurance policy, click here.
At this point in time we don't charge any tax (GST) on our orders as the website owner, Donna Todd (ABN 97 588 551 332), falls below the GST registration theshold.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions (and the remainder of the provision in question) shall be unaffected.
